I offer full-spectrum birth doula support in the Red River Valley region. From fertility support and conception, to pregnancy and birth, through the postpartum period, I inform and empower parents to have their best experience. My specialties are prenatal nutrition, natural birth, placenta encapsulation, and the postpartum period. I also offer education in breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering, and safe infant sleep.
Placenta Encapsulation + Art
I offer placenta encapsulation, keepsakes, and prints. I service the Fargo-Moorhead area, Bismarck, ND, Detroit Lakes, MN, and more.
Gentle Parenting Education
I have over two decades of experience guiding parents on their gentle parenting journey. I work in-person in the Fargo-Moorhead region, and I have online offerings.
Family Wellness
I have over two decades of experience working with families to create positive habits, and a happy household rhythm. I take a holistic approach to simple foods, joyous movement, and creating well-being within the family unit. I've worked with numerous organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead area as well as online.
Therapeutic Art
An artist since childhood, I have combined my desire to help others, with a therapeutic art approach. Utilizing journaling and doodling, we can explore untapped emotions. I work with parents and families in the Red River Valley region.
